Emerson Daquan Grover, 22 of Jacksonville, Fla, was jailed was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after allegedly starting a riot at the Floyd County Prison.
Reports said that Grover hit another inmate in the face multiple times. The attack resulted in a broken jaw and abrasions on the victim’s face.
The incident occurred back on February 8 of this year.
Grover is charged with aggravated battery and riot in a penal institution.
