Antionne Lamar Frazier, 44 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome after reports said he threw a grill at the windshield of a Chevrolet Impala, which cause its windshield to break. He then allegedly proceeded to get a trash can and hit a Cadillac with it.
The Cadillac suffered damages to its hood and bumper.
The incident occurred at a location on Crane Street.
Frazier is charged with two counts criminal damage to property.
