Johnathon Ty Davis, 36 of Rome, was jailed this week after he allegedly illegally used another’s person debit card to obtain $2,006 in cash.
Reports stated that he withdrew the funds from an ATM machine at Walmart back on April 27 of this year.
Davis is charged with financial transaction card fraud and probation violation.
