A homeless 24 year-old Rome woman, Jayla Katriece Callaway, was arrested this week after reports said she broke out a window to a home on Silver Hill Road.
Reports stated that she broke out the window after she was refused entry.
Police added that the home belonged to the suspect’s family.
Officers went on to say that while attempting to place her under arrest Callaway ran from then in an effort evade them.
Callaway is charged with 2nd degree criminal damage to property and obstruction.
