Stephanie Caroline Hartley, 50 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole mail from a mailbox on Eastdell Road.
Reports added that she was then found in a vehicle that was witnessed going through mailboxes in the area.
Hartley is charged with theft by taking from a residential mailbox, criminal trespass, driving without insurance, operation of an unregistered vehicle, concealing identity of a vehicle.
