Eugene Stonner Ashley, 36 of Cedartown, was jailed in Rome after reports said he was found in possession of methamphetamine and drug related objects.
He was arrested near the intersection of Calhoun and Wayside Roads.
Ashley is charged with possession of meth, possession of drug related objects, failure to appear and probation violation.
