Lawrence Anthony Simpkins, 30 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he shoved another man’s motorcycle over and then proceeded to threaten him with a gun.
Reports stated that Simpkins held the gun to the victim and told him that he would “leave him inside a ditch”.
The bike suffered over $500 in damages from the event.
The incident occurred at a location on Lovell Street back on October 23rd.
Simpkins is charged with terroristic threats and acts along with criminal damage to property.
