Casey Beth Cescutti, 33 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she broke into a vehicle on N Kenora Drive and stole a wallet before using the victim’s bank cards throughout the area.
Reports said that Cescutti charged $692.80 to the victim’s bank card at numerous locations.
Cescutti is charged with theft by taking, entering an automobile with intent to commit a felony, financial transaction card fraud, and probation violation.
