Steven Rand McGatha Jr, 32 of Cedartown, was arrested in Rome this week after he allegedly lied about his identity to polce.
Reports said that McGatha, who was wanted on a warrant, gave the identity of his brother as his own while being questioned at a location on Lane Street in Cave Spring.
McGatha is charged with giving false information to police.
