A 17 year-old Cedartown man, Clayton Hunter Compton, was arrested in Rome at the Sunrise Inn after police said they found him intoxicated and in possession of Marlboro cigarettes.
Reports said that Compton blew a .024 in an alcosensor.
Compton is charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of tobacco products as a minor.
