David William Silvis, 36 of Rome, was arrested at Redmond Regional Medical Center after causing a disturbance in the ER.
Reports said that Silvis became disruptive when he hit a television and a security gate. He then proceeded to tell a police officer, “I’ll show you why I’ve been charged with aggravated assault”.
Police added that numerous nurses were placed in fear.
Silvis is charged with disorderly conduct.
