Thomas Michael Money, 43 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said they observed him throwing methamphetamine from a moving vehicle.
Reports stated that Money committed the act as officers were conducting a traffic stop.
A syringe was also located near the meth.
Money is charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects.
