A 24 year-old homeless Rome man, Joseph Evart Petrey, was arrested this week after he allegedly threatened to kill an employee of the Chevron gas station on Turner McCall Blvd.
Reports stated that Petrey told the victim that “she was dead” after she asked him to leave the store.
Reports added that Petrey had been previously banned from the store.
He is charged with terroristic threats and acts and criminal trespass.
