Joshua Hunter Lane, 20 of Kingston, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he purposely ran his vehicle in another’s.
Reports said that the incident occurred just after 1 am at a location on Ireland Drive Tuesday.
Lane is charged with aggressive driving and reckless conduct.
