Amanda Danielle Spiva, 34 of Rome, was charged with this with attempting to hide and discard drugs while being taken into custody on an active warrant out of Gordon County.
Reports stated that when Spiva tossed a black bag under the patrol car while being arrested. A search of the bag led officers to allegedly locate heroin, methamphetamine, Xanax and marijuana.
Spiva is charged with possession of meth, marijuana, a schedule I controlled substance, a schedule IV controlled substance and tampering with evidence.
