Winter Whisper White, 18 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she shook and rubbed her breast with her nipples exposed in front of a 7 year-old juvenile.
Reports added that the child suffered “excessive mental pain” by watching the act.
The incident occurred at a home no High Bluff Road.
White is charged with child molestation and cruelty to children.
