Jamal Cartez Newman, 25 of Rome, was arrested this week in Polk County and then transported back to Floyd County to face numerous charges.
Reports said that Newman went to a home on Maple Street and broke out a windshield belonging to a 33 year-old female. Newman also injured the woman during the altercation.
The incident occurred back on July 14 of this year.
Newman is charged with battery, criminal trespass and two counts probation violation.
