Kansas Latrail Grace, 27 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said she placed children in unsanitary conditions.
Reports said that officers found flys, sticky floors, roaches, spilled milk, and colored residue containing mold inside the home, which smelled like urine and feces
Police added there were no clean clothes for the children as well.
Grace is also accused of calling calling a witness a “bi***”.
Grace is charged with disorderly conduct and cruelty to children.
