Regina Diane Thomas, 56 of Rome, was arrested after a standoff involving a gun with SWAT at a home on Big Texas Valley Road this week.
Reports aid that Thomas made threats to physically harm a 42 year-old female while in the presence of two small children.
Reports said that Thomas discharged a gun in the ground following threats to the victims.
Authorities stated that she told the victim they “will never see the light of day again” before shooting the gun.
Thomas is charged with three counts terroristic threats and acts and three counts cruelty to children.
