Travis Capone Tucker, 29 of Atlanta, was arrested this week after reports said he committed a smash and grab burglary at the GMC Value-Mart on Alabama Highway.
Reports added that Tucker was working with an Atlanta street gang in the burglary.
Tucker committed more than $500 in damages to the store while breaking in.
The alleged crime occurred back in October of 2016.
Tucker is charged with smash and grab burglary, second degree burglary and volition of the RICO act.
