Kelly Marie Griffin, 36 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she lifted her shirt and exposed her breast in public
She is also accused of damaging property belonging to another. Reports did not indicate if she damaged the item with her breast.
The incident occurred at 19 and 20 McGee Street.
Griffin is charged with public indecency and criminal trespass.
