Chelsee Danyelle Gilbert, 31 of Cave Spring, was jailed this week after reports said she ran up to a man and slapped a beer out of his hand.
Reports added that the incident occurred in front of the victim’s 8 year-old child at a home on Wax Road.
Gilbert is charged with battery.
