Adrian Rashaud Hearndon, 20 of Rome, was arrested this week after police said he was spotted driving between 70-75 mph in a residential neighbor with a 25 mph speed zone.
Reports added that two passengers were in the vehicle.
Reports listed the offense on Simpson and Shoreline Drives.
Hearndon is charged with reckless conduct and reckless driving.
