Jamie Lee Shirey, 45 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a 2004 Ford pickup truck from a location on Hill Minshew Road.
Reports said that the truck, which is valued at $4,000, was taken back on January 9 of this year.
Shirey is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle and theft by receiving stolen property.
