Dorothy Janice Penny, 60, and Linda Jo Tidmore, 56, both of Rome, were arrested this week after reports said they were found in possession of stolen wire that belonged to AT&T.
Reports said that the wire was valued at less than $150.
Both are charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
