Joseph Douglas Dettloff, 40 of Chatsworth, was arrested in Rome after reports said he offered $100 for sex acts.
Reports said that Dettloff then set up a meeting location, in which police took him into custody there.
Dettloff is charged with trafficking of persons for sexual servitude.
