Trenton Jacob Gresham, 26 of Adairsville, was arrested in Rome this week after he allegedly punched his wife in the chest and proceeded to cut her ring finger.
The incident occurred in front of a 4 year-old child
Gresham is charged with battery and cruelty to children.
