Terrance Marquis Cunningham, 34 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he was observed on video surveillance selling methamphetamine at Kellogg’s on Old Lindale Road.
The drug transaction occurred back in April of 2018.
Cunningham is charged with attempt or conspiracy to violate Georgia substance act (meth) and probation violation.
