Barnes Ernest Parker, 45 of Harrison, was booked into the Floyd County Jail after he allegedly altered a birth certificate in order to get a driver’s license.
Reports said that Parker attempted to forge a birth certificate at the Department of Driver Service’s Officer on Martha Berry Highway back in 2017. Parker is charged with first degree forgery, false statements and writings
