Bill Daniel Bagwell, 30 of Lindale, was arrested this week after reports said he stole a $178 drill from Walmart and then proceeded to pawn it at Cash America Pawn for $50.
Reports added that the theft occurred back on February 10th.
Bagwell is charged with theft by shoplifting and driving on a suspended license.
