Floyd Donnie Rayburn, 75 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after he allegedly touched the right breast of a woman while at the Circle K on North Broad Street.
Reports said that the touching occurred back on January 7th.
Rayburn is charged with Sexual Battery.
