Martha Denise Quick, 59 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she refused to get off of a hospital bed and then proceeded to tell police “I’m not going to jail”.
Reports added that she then went to jail.
Quick is charged with obstruction, failure to appear and probation violation.
