Christopher Maurice Holcombe, 58 of Rome, was arrested after threatening a man on North Broad Street.
Reports said that Holcombe told the 27 year-old victim that he had “better not let me see you on the sidewalk”. The victim then asked Holcombe “what that a threat”. Holcombe then said “yes”.
Holcombe is charged with simple assault.
