Christopher Jerome Garrett, 48 of Kingston, was arrested at the intersection of North Broad and Smith Streets after a K9 officer alerted to drugs.
Reports said that Garrett was found in possession of methamphetamine and digital scales.
Garrett is charged with possession of meth and possession of drug related objects.
