A homeless 26 year-old Rome woman, Harlie Elise Evans, was arrested this week after she allegedly continually called 911 to report made up crimes.
Evans was taken into custody at the Autozone on Shorter Avene. Evans is charged with unlawful conduct during a 911 call making a false report
