Nicholas Lane Ryals, 30 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after an altercation with a 70 year-old woman.
Reports said that during a verbal dispute Ryals threw a telephone toward the victim in an insulting nature.
Ryals then allegedly threw a bottle of vape juice at the woman causing it to splatter on her.
Ryals is charged with simple assault.
