Kimberly Dawn Sargent, 45 of Cedartown, was arrested this week after reports said she interfered with custody of her daughter who had been missing from the custody of DFCS care.
Reports said that the child was removed from Sargent’s care and placed in DFCS care and was not to be with her.
Sargent is charged with interference with child custody.
