Stephen Chandler Brown, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he illegally entered the home of an 87 year-old woman and committed a burglary.
Reports said that Brown stole a TV, a gas can and a battery charger.
The alleged burglary occurred in August at a home on Warren Road
Brown is charged with second degree burglary and exploitation of the elderly.
