Joshua Dewayne Smith, 29 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said trespassed at a home on Tamassee Lane.
Reports stated that Smith damaged a door to a home after he had been previously banned from the complex.
Smith is charged with two counts criminal trespass and probation violation.
