Rockmart Woman Jailed After Attempting to Set up Drug Deal

Kayla Cheree Morris, 31 of Rockmart, was jailed in Rome after reports said she conspired with others to arrange a methamphetamine drug deal in the 2400 block of Shorter Avenue.

Reports said that the drug deal was set for July 18^th.

Morris is charged with conspiracy to violate the Georgia substance act.
