Anthony Lamont Curry, 27 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said they found him in possession of marijuana and a firearm.
Reports said that Curry is a convicted felon, thus not allowed to have a gun.
Curry is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
