Elderly Silver Creek Woman Faces Numerous Fraud Charges

Debra Renee Graham, 62 of Silver Creek, was arrested this week after reports said she repeatedly used another person’s bank card to make purchases at Walmart.

Reports said that Graham allegedly made over $2,300 in purchases from October 28^th to November 1^st of this year.

Graham is charged with seven counts financial transaction card fraud.
