Robert Wayne Camp Jr, 47 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed the buttocks of a woman before he pressed his penis against her back.
The victim told authorities that both were done without consent and that it occurred while she was sitting for an ailing relative.
The incidents occurred last September at a home on Dixie Park Road.
Camp is charged with sexual battery.
