Amadeo David Ambrocio-Lainest, 38 of Rome, was jailed this week after reports said he lied about his identity to the Department of Driver Services in order to obtain an ID card.
Reports stated that the incident occurred back in 2013.
Lainest is charged with false statements and writings.
