Tommy Ervin Almond, 56 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said he grabbed a woman by the head and proceeded to rip out an earring.
Reports stated that the woman suffered a torn earlobe .
Almond also proceeded to damage items in the home during the tirade.
Almond is charged with battery and criminal trespass.
