Sammantha Elizabeth Wynn, 17 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she stole a vehicle and then proceeded to flee the state.
Reports stated that Wynn was believed to have fled to Kentucky.
Wynn is charged with theft by taking a motor vehicle.
