A homeless 40 year-old Rome woman, Roxanne Patterson, was arrested at the Salvation Army after she allegedly screamed obscenities and threatened police officers.
Reports added that the incident occurred in the parking lot of the building.
Patterson is charged with city drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
