Montel Chance Mitchell, 22 of Waco, TX, was booked into the Floyd County Jail this week after he allegedly bit a woman on her neck near Ingram Glass on North 5th Avenue.

Reports added that Mitchell proceeded to take the woman’s cellphone and then drove away with it.

The incident occurred back on August 31 of this year.

Mitchell is charged with battery and theft by taking.
