Ryan Scott McCrickard, 31 of Athens, was arrested in Rome this week after reports said he detained a woman in a closet at a home on Lakeland Drive.
Reports said that McCrickard drug the woman to the closet and refused her to leave.
McCrickard is charged with false imprisonment.
