Teressa Ann Bearden, 44 of Rome, was arrested this week after reports said she acted in a violent manner and placed a 58 year-old woman, and two other witnesses, in fear of their safety.
The incident occurred at a home on Coosa Street.
Bearden is charged with three counts simple assault.
